Some of email i receive with a document i can't open the document. an also some games and movies i download.

If you receive the movie like an attachement in your mail, save it on your computer in a location where you can find it easy and after that burn on a cd with nero or another burning cd software. If you receive just a link for this movie in your mail then you do few steps to download movie. 1-install mozilla firefox, at least mozilla 3.6 2-open google an search for "download helper" and install, this it's an add-on for mozilla only 3-after you install download helper, open movie in mozilla and go to tools/download helper and from the menu go to multimedia elements and select the movie from there in resolution you want. First download utorrent client from utorrent.com website
Second install the utorrent after you download
Third go to isohunt.com or thepiratebay.org and search for movies.
Fourth download the torrent movie file to your documents folder.

Also, please be careful while opening PowerPoint documents you receive in email because a lot of viruses are transmitted these days along with .pps documents. So, only open PowerPoint attchments from contacts whom you know.

If the email had that file attached to it properly and it was not corrupt in the file upload and download you should be able to save the file to your hardrive then open it. So look at the email if the file was attached make it download now and save it to a folder that you can remember like you desktop or my documents. After it is saved there then try to open it.

The receiver cannot open the document because they do not have office 2007. There is a compatibility pack that she can download from microsoft.com that will allow her to open all documents from office 2007. It's quick and easy to install and will stop her from having any other problems in the future if other people send documents from office 2007. i hope this helps

I suggest you have corrupt firmware within your PS3, and that your re-download and install the latest updates for your device.

Might I add that you should backup and important documents and data you have before performing this action.

Also, it takes around 2 hours to complete, and if this process is interrupted in anyway - your PS3 will be 100% unusable, and you will certainly have to return it to the manufacturer.
