Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The fix you gave me the other day which was to pull the plug, which I did. This fix only worked once and now I have to do it every time I want to use my printer. The on off switch on this printer is a push button and I have to push it very hard to get the printer to come on.
I don't believe that I told you to unplug the printer but after looking over your first question it seems to me that either the connection under the button is depressed further into the machine than it should or the connection needs to be cleaned. You would have to open the machine to do this and it may be difficult to get to but is worth a try. Why are you unable to leave the printer on constantly? It should turn on by itself if attached to the computer when the computer is turned on.
