Fijinon Super 80

The exterior body finish has become extremely sticky!!!! Literally will stick to your fingers. I tried to clean a spot on it but it doesn't work well. Can my optics be rebuilt into a new body and hood? If so how much will it cost and how long will it take. Thanks David
