Hello - just got my Viewty today and have paired it with my iMac, but all I can see on there is my phonebook. I haven't inserted a memory card yet though. I've also changed the phone settings to 'mass storage' to, but it still won't open in finder when I connect via the USB cable.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

By pairing your KU990 and another device, you can set up a passcode protected connection. This means your pairing is more secure. 1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible. You can change your visibility in the Settings menu. 2 Touch Paired Devices then New. 3 Your KU990 will search for devices. When the search is completed Refresh and Add will appear on screen. 4 Choose the device you want to pair with and enter the passcode then touch OK. 5 Your phone will then connect to the other device, on which you should enter the same passcode. 6 You passcode protected Bluetooth connection is now ready.
Using a Bluetooth headset 1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible. 2 Follow the instructions that came with your headset to place your headset in pairing mode and pair your devices. 3 Touch Yes to Connect now. Your KU990 will automatically switch to Headset profile.
If you have any questions you can try reading the manual here http://www.in.lge.com/Product/Manual/KU990.pdf
What you do is find the bluetooth symbol at the top of your screen (the background) then go to SETTINGS and then to DEVICE VISIBILITY (should be the very top) hit the ON choick then OK for other bluetooth devices to recognise it. then go back to the MAIN BLUETOOTH MENU (just hit back button) and go to SEARCH NEW DEVICE (second one down) but make sure you are in the same room as your computer to have your phone connect with the computer. That should then find your computer and then REQUEST TO PAIR (just touch the name of your mac) and then ENTER THE CODE (should be four zeros if you didnt change it and do the same thing on your mac then after that just select the photo you want to send and hit SEND VIA BLUETOOTH and select your mac
is the bluetooth icon in the top menu bar? if it is click on it and is it on? if not click on, then is it discoverable? if not click it on, then scroll down to set up device, making sure the phone is on, this will let you pair the two, then once they are paired there is the send file button. Bear in mind the viewty is a windows device so compatability is limited, pictures and video is fine and mark/space software can help other items.
Bluetooth seems to work for both up and downloading. For uploading make sure the two devices recognise each other. Then select the file in the appropriate KU990 folder. Click in the little text box on the bottom left. Select Send then choose bluetooth and your target, which should be your bluetooth equipped mac.
To download to the KU990 from Mac select send file in the blue tooth icon menu and proceed logically.
Make sure u have Bluetooth Sharing ticked in ur Sharing preferences (in the 'Internet & Network' part of ur System preferences) when using Bluetooth file transfer method (the USB/Mass storage wasnt working)...this fixed my Blueetooth issues Woohoo!
