The printer will not print and the blinking red light wont go off.
The light came on after 4 failed attepts to clear the horizontal banding on my documents.
There is paper and both ink cartridges are new.
What can I do to get the printer operational again?

- document in queue soes not print at all. The printer staus is 'printing' but it does not print anything.- mike_gela
