Problem for GE DVL223EBWW Electric Dryer

Tumbler is locked in position - won"t move. Motor is working but drum will not move. I have a GE Electric Dryer Model# DVL226EB6WW which I could not locate on website.

Please advise possible remedy. Thank you for your assistance.

If the drum won't move, likely culprit is the belt
