Disconnect power then remove the clamp that holds the door gasket to the outer lip of the door opening. Once the clamp is off, peel the door gasket off near the door lock. Remove the screws securing the door lock to the front panel and take the lock out of the machine cabinet. Transfer the wires to the new lock then install it into place. Put the door gasket over the outer lip of the door opening and secure it with the clamp to complete the repair.

Thanks, but I do not even know how to put together the five parts that Asko has sent with the new handle. I really need a chart or at least a picture to see where the parts go.
As I have already explained I want a chart and explanation to the lose parts of the spare part and how they are supposed to be set together to replace the Asko washer-dryer lock.
The Asko lock is completely different so this was no help!
I am still waiting for a detailed reply and chart that I can act on - that relies to the Asko lock, not some other irrelevant lock. If this is impossible please refund me at your earliest convenience.
