Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player

1 Answer

Freezing I downloaded a bunch of songs, I realized that for some reason it had downloaded a bunch of pictures. So I deleted them. When I went to check to make sure they were actually off of it. It froze, says it's paused and I can't shut it down or have it be recognized by my computer. HELP!!!!

Whenever an Insignia mp3 player freezes up, hold the power switch for good 20 seconds to shut it off.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why are my pictures and songs gone

Gone as in where were they stored in the first place? If stored on the device memory card, they may still be there, download a file manager and search them out. If in the cloud, resync with the app like google music, sign out, sign back in via hangouts. Your question is kinda vague as we don't know where you stored the music in the first place to help undo what was done.

Your database is corrupt - get the firmware upgrade from the Philips website - www.usasupport.philips.com

If the upgrade does not create a pictures folder, then use the Arcsoft Media Converter that came with the player to transfer the pictures

The user's manual for that player is also on the Philips website

Problems with downloading song onto it.

Had the same problem, Are you sure in your recovery mode and formating you switched back the hold button on top before it powered down ? Has a message showed up on your screen saying completed successfully ? There is a file on this site you must run to complete process, file name e200fw01.00.12
