Models that starts with model numbers which are 6 numbers starting with 792 and followed by a letter are wood burning and models that starts with model numbers which are 6 numbers starting with 794 are gas models

Ok, I have a Marco Model 792775D. I am renting the house and there is no manual for it. How would I use it. Is it supposed to be fake logs or is it for real logs. The land lord said he didnt know if it works. I need a manual for it. PLEASE HELP!!!

You have a Clutch malfunction read this post Clutch Fix. You may be able to get away with just a Clutch One-Way Roller bearing clean up and re-lube. What are the first two numbers of your Serial Number it will be 10 thru 17?

That is your Series number. Series 10 and 11 from what little feedback I have received from FAV6800A/FAV9800A owners use the upper bearing ring you will see described in the Clutch Fix post.

Here is where the Serial number is located if you haven’t already observed. Thank you for calling out your model number. This board is structured very poorly for not asking up front info of model number and serial number. Let me know if I can help…..Rich

Go to the sears web site, then go to parts section, then to owners manual section. Type in model and serial number. Then you can download the manual for free.
