If you have any security programs ie Firewall, Internet Security, etc.... installed on your PC. Check your firewall programs settings.

1) Click your start button 2) Select "All Programs" 3) Select "McAfee" 4) Select "Firewall" 5) Click "settings" 6) Click "restore defaults"

If you have any security programs eg. Firewall, Antivirus, Internet Security, etc...installed on your PC. You should check your "Firewall" settings to allow/grant permission for the "Browser".

Rstart pc and then scan ur pc with reginout cleaner to fix it

try this, check your anti virus firewall and add the google chrome to the exceptions list or set the firewall to allow all for google chrome application.
