Using pick remove the paper that is stuck to the cutters,
also you could try shredder oil to assist after you have removed
a majority of the sticky paper...Take a piece of paper fold it
in half, apply a bead of shredder oil the length of the folded paper
Run it through the shredder like you would a plain piece of paper keeping it folded

Hi, If the shredder teeth / cutters arent moving, then there is most likely a broken/stripped gear or a gear with broken teeth.
If the cutters are moving, then look to see if there is something obstructing the entrance slot where you place the paper.

To restring the Hills Everyday 37 rotary clothesline FD88010 you are going to need a couple of tools which include a small screw driver and a set of cutters to cut the new line cord.

You will also need to order a pack of line, which for this unit would need to be the 70m pack from Hills. Here is a link to the line pack you would need.

Is this a guillotine style cutter or a rotary style cutter? What brand/model? Some rotary cutters are self sharpening and some cannot be sharpened.

This is a cutter with a wheel-like blade that comes on a rail you can slide along. This lets you make cuts that are wavy or perforations. These are usually used at home becuase they are safer as the blade is wheel-like and not like a knife.

E021-000x Error Code: Developing rotary does not rotate and abnormal noise comes from motor.

E021 can be displayed when an error occurs in the developing rotary.
The detail codes are:
0001: The developing rotary home position cannot be detected.
0002: The intervals of flag detection during rotation is too short or long.
0003: The sensor does not detect the flag when the developing rotary stops at development point

As a result of inspection, it was found that the DC Controller PCB was unable to control the motor because it was faulty.

Workaround :
1. Check whether or not the developing rotary receives any physical load.
Rotate the developing rotary in a counterclockwise direction by hand to see whether it rotates smoothly. If any abnormality is found, eliminate the root cause. No problem is found, go to the Step 2.
2. Make sure that the connectors are securely fitted between J313 on the DC Controller PCB and the Rotary Motor (M8) or there is no pinched wire. No problem is found, go to the Step 3.
3. Replace the DC Controller PCB with a new one. If the symptom still recurs, go to the Step 4.
4. Replace the Rotary Motor with a new one.

It is a DC seperation corona error, open up the unit (like a ****) and check for paper clip or other such stuff on/around the long wire on the lower part of the printer otherwise call for service, sorry. -Carl

Try soaking the cutters with soapy water, yes it works. Oil after you are done.

This a cross cut shredder right? Its job wears out these blades, sooner if not lubricated during its life. Replacing the blade assy. could get costly.
