This is considered a toy telescope. Sorry. No manuals exist and you will not get any support at all on this brand.

Sorry. Next time you need to buy a real telescope. Something like this:

I really do not appreciate the NOT ACCEPTABLE 1 thumb answer. I told you the truth but you just do not want to hear it. That scope is intended mostly for display in an office and is not really a usable telescope.

You will NOT find parts or a manual anywhere!

I did not appreciate receiving a sarcastic email. I received 3 further comments on this piece from FixYa telling me to contact Bausch

You can contact Bushnell but the scope is still not worth messing with.

Why would you spend money on a low cost scope like that one? It makes no economic sense.

Here is the direct link to their service center:

I have inherited a Bausch and Lomb 780200 telescope with no instructions as to how to set it up. I have it working but do not have the equatorial mount properly adjusted.

Is this your telescope?

If it is you can use a similar manual from TASCO-- look on this page for a reflector style telescope on an equatorial mount.

http://www.tasco.com/pages/instruction-manuals/

They all assemble and are used in a similar fashion.

Unable to locate product code, sku #, or part # on bausch & Lomb tripod; trying to locate camera mounting plate for same. This is my first professional tripod not sure about measurements... Roughly...

Generally sold as a non-repairable assembly, same as most other tripods.
Same applies to loose 'spare parts'.
Many tripods are simply 'rebranded' to whatever name appears on them.
In terms of time and trouble trying to find a loose quick release plate, it might be quicker and cheaper to replace the entire unit.
Welcome to the disposable age.

I'm looking for a window mount for my Bausch and Lomb Zoom 60MM Telescope. Can you help me?

There is no such thing as a window mount?

Mounts are either ALTITUDE - Azimuth, or Equitorial.

I have a Criterion 4000 that is set up for photography only. I have the scope, focus adapter tube, and the t ring adapter. This is only mounted on a photo tripod. What parts do I need for casual star...

You will need a diagonal, eyepiece and a finder scope. The photo tripod is not the greatest for astronomy. Acceptable for the moon and quick views of the planets but with a SCTs narrow view, you will be constantly adjusting the tripod.
I would start with a 25mm plossl eyepiece which would provide 80x power. About as high as you can get with a photo tripod.

Be aware that the Bausch and Lomb telescopes had terrible reputation for bad optics.

I have a Bausch & Lomb Criterion, Model 4000 Telescope purchased in middle '80s. Also states Bushnell, Div of B&L. Front lense appears to be purplish and not a clear as when new. Is this...

The front lens is multi-coated on PURPOSE! You do not want a telescope with an uncoated main lens. This coating increases light throughput --

Need a quick release plate for Bausch and Lomb Prof. Tripod

You probably will not find parts for this telescope. However you may find what you need by visiting a local well stocked hardware store.

My telescope vibrates a little, i checked it and found out the altitude holder is a little lose... how do i fix it?

Read my TIPS on my profile page; about improving a "department store" telescope.

The vibration is because the tripod and mount are too small to support the tube. NEVER buy a scope from Craigslist or Wal Mart, or Ebay, unless you know exactly what you are buying.

Repair location for bausch and lomb harbourmaster

It's very doubtful that it can be fixed economically with a bent tube. You can try contacting Bushnell at this web site:

http://www.opticsplanet.net/bushnell-warranty.html

but I doubt that they can help you.
