Question about Crosley CA15WYR Thru-Wall/Window Air Conditioner
We purchased a Crosley CA15WYSO air conditioner last year and just opened the box up this summer to install and there was no manual, no instructions booklet enclosed. We we able to install the air conditioner but find that there is no drainage hole in the back and there is a slow drip of condensation on the bottome of the air conditioner on the front (indoors) where the outlet cord attaches to the unit. What would cause this and can we get a manual/instruction booklet sent to us?
Make sure that unit is slightly sloped toward the outside. Your unit is either level or more probably leaning to the front.
