Question about Computers & Internet
My flash drive was run over by a car but it seems only the outer plastic case was damaged. The actual card itself looks fine but get an error after inserting it into a USB port, "USB device not recognized."
Is there a way to put the chip onto another board to retrieve the data or some other way to retrieve the data?
There is no way to retrieve data if your flash drive is broken but you can surely try it on other system and check.
But if it does not work then the only way to retrieve data ( if it is very important ) is to contact the website mentioned above and they will do it for you

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
