Dear Pie,
I have just converted (from macOS9) to mac OSX (10.5 = Leopard).
I am having trouble finding software that will run all my X-keys (I have 8 of them) in my medical practice.
They all worked great under OS 9 with the software you provided at that time.
Your website says to use "iKey for X-keys" but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work anymore and hasn't been upgraded for ? 2 years.
This was a bit of a shock for me cos I had expected to continue to use them + intended to buy some more soon
PLEASE have you any robust recent software that Macs can use to program Xkeys
PLEASE reply - what is going on, (even if it is a short reply) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
many thanks
Ken G

This
is a problem with our older firmware on some (but not all) systems. We know what the issue
in our firmware is, and have changed it for all future devices, but we are not
able to update older devices. We are unsure why this feature interacts with some computers -- it may be a variety of factors, including operating
system and motherboard chipset. All we can really do is ensure that it doesn't
happen in the future, with our newest firmware. As
of right now, there are no known workarounds.
