Question about Samsung Cell Phones

1 Answer

I have a SAMSUNG SGH-F700V which has recently blocked out sound thru the earpiece when I make or receive phone calls. When making/accepting calls, I have pressed the side bar to maximise the ‘Hearing Sound’ but to no avail. Consequently, I cannot use the phone as a phone!! Any ideas. Much appreciated. Neil

Whenever i make or receive calls i can not hear the other person through my phones earpiece i can only hear them if its on speaker phone how do i check if my earpiece is dead?.what to do?

It is the hardware, the earpiece, you answered the wuestion yourself.
When there is no sound thru the earpiece, try using the speake mode or a bluetooth, if both works, then it's the earpice that is damage. I have no idea what phone model you have, but it can be replace or fix.

I cannot hear anything on MY end when I make a call or receive a call and the volume is completely up. It is not on mute and the person on the other end of the call can hear

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is faulty that is why you cannot hear anything when someone calls you or when you call someone.

All you need to do is to change the earpiece of your phone in other for people to hear you when you make calls or when you receive calls.

The earpiece of your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear anything when you make calls, change the earpiece of your phone as advice and you will see that you will hear when people call you.

Take care.
