Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
States warning!usb overcurrent computer shutting down. what happened?
If this is a new motherboard, make sure the little tabs sticking from the back of the face plate are not inserted into the usb ports. I would also check the onboard USB ports (9 pin connectors with USB1, USB2 etc.. printed by them). Take the front panel cables off incase if you've connected them the incorrect way.

Either the usb is shorted or a device is shorted. U can unplug the usb devices one at a time and reboot to find it or U can open the pc up and unplug the usb connections to the mb. If all the devices R unplugged and it still does it, then it's repair shop time or replacement time.
