Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The Blackberry Device Software is corrupted. You need to install the latest version of the BlackBerry Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone.
To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5 to 5.0, perform the following steps:-

1) Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Click Help.
3) Select About Desktop Manager.
4) Click the Device Software tab.
5) Verify that the BlackBerry Device Software displayed is the latest version currently available from the wireless service provider.

I hope I was able to help you.
Thank you for using Fixya.

Camera Won't Start!

First, try a hard reset on the device: remove the battery from the BlackBerry while it is still powered on. Leave it out for 30 seconds, then reinsert.

If that doesn't work, then you may need to add a memory card (micro SD/SDHC) to the device.

Help please: WiFi won't turn on

try to open the browser and see what connection will ask first... go to settings and erase any infos that are inside... wi-fi must be cleared in all atributes... in the worst case reset the phones factory defaults.. but take out the memory card(if any) and sim card first...

Hard Reset

To do a Hard Factory Reset:
Simultaneously press the Suspend/Resume (END) button whilst pressing the stylus tip into the reset opening.
end_button.jpg reset_button.jpg Keep them held until the screen comes back on. Then release the buttons
You will get the Boot options:
  • CLEAN REGISTRY - This resets the device to factory settings, losing applications but keeps the data intact.
  • FACTORY DEFAULTS - This completely wipes everything and resets the device back to it's factory defaults.
  • SKIP
    Try Clean Registry first.

Camera Error in 2mth old Imate Jamin

This happens also because the RAM memory is full by programs opened before. For example, whenever you turn of any program or aplication like contacts or messages, it doesnt turn off at all by clicking the X, it remains opened and you have to go to Star, Set up, then click on Memory, then on running programs, and stop them. This way ram will be able to use the camera and store pics on storage card. Do this also when you see that camera looks like unfocused, its always the ram memory.
