Hi Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If this doesn't work then connect the player with the computer and let it charge for a while. Now go to control panel-> administrative tools-> computer management/system management-> storage, check if you are able to see the mp3 player here. If it is visible then try a reset and try again. If not then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue. Hope this helps... Daniel
omikid14 please tell me your process of updating the driver....because heir is a little change in updating a driver ok whatever your see mine hope it fix your problem go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver> then1 1.yes this time only> next2.choose advanced option>next3don't search i"ll update from........>next4.click on show campatible> next> next5. now it updated then restart you computer please type in comment if problem not solved
