could be a problem with the touch monitor, or whatever it is called.
i would suggest you to take it to your nearest phone shop to get it checked. good luck!

the touch pad of your phone is faulty it needs to be replaced.

To replace the touch screen, you need to get a new touch pad.

When you purchase the new touch pad,you have to loose the phone to gain access to the faulty touch pad.You will needing a soldering iron to replace the touch pad.

If you do not have the technical know how of fixing the touch pad, i would advice that you give it to an expert so that you will not damage anything further.

The default code for most phones is "000000" or "0000" or "1234" or "123456' or 12345 or 00000. One of these codes is always a standard master code in most cell phone models.
