Hi, I have a Thermal Label Printer showing head open fault! I have had a quick look at the machine but cannot see any causes. I do not have a user manual for this could you point me in the right direction or would i have to call an engineer

The B-882 has two drive mechanisms. It differes from the B-482 because the rear drive has also a seperate opening mechanism. It is the green lever about half way back from the normal head open lever.
