Weather seal wasn't opening, replace motor. Still not working, replace electronics box. Nothing works, only red led on electronics box flashes.

What if the speed LEDs on the VR2/VSI begin to flash?

• Determine if the battery charger is connected to the power base. When the battery charger is connected to the power base, a charger inhibit feature keeps the power chair from driving. This is indicated by the VR2/VSI speed
  LED(s) flashing.
• Determine if the charger harness fuse has blown. A blown charger fuse can cause the charger inhibit to
  activate.
• Determine if all controller connections are plugged into the power base properly. If the 3-pin charger
  inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.

My yamaha rx730 did not powerup. The red power led had a faint flash, but pressing it caused it to flash rapidly but no display or relay clicking. trying to reset the speaker protection (button combination while pressing main did not work. Opened up the cover and remove the power supply board.
Measuring the 5.7v from the powerboard showed only 3v
Internal fuse is ok.

fixed it by replacing all elco's capacitors on the power supply board. Did it oneby one, and test it every time.
in the end it was the 47uf cap (C3708 page 137 service doc). Now5.7v is ok and its powersup again
Fix cost me 1 hour and $10 for new caps (incl shipment)

• Solid Blue - Normal operation, "Touch" mode is activated.
• Flashing Blue - Normal operation, the hands-free mode is activated.
• Solid Red - Warning mode - Replace batteries as soon as possible. While the water is running Solid Red LED is illuminated. When the water is off, the Red LED flashes once every 5 seconds. The faucet operates normally, solenoid valve is open.
• Rapid Flash Red - Alert Mode - Battery Failure Imminent. The Red LED flashes once a second. The first time the faucet is used, the Red LED will turn ON, the solenoid valve will be opened and remain open. The manual valve must be used until the batteries are replaced.
• Solid Red - Lockdown Mode - Replace Batteries. Extremely Low Batteries - The RED LED is ON, and water will not flow. The solenoid valve is closed and faucet will not operate until batteries are replaced.
• Long Flash Red (2 seconds on / 2 seconds off) - Board error, replace electronics kit, RP53230 See manual bypass of electronics section of Installation instructions.

I believe you need to switch polarity of these lights. Connect the red wire to ground and the ground wires to the functions you need. Yes, try it, some of these bulbs work on electron theory and so positive and negative are reversed.

Contact any service technician. It will be best in this case. If you're sound in electronics, and have some previous knowledge in servicing LCD TVs; please respond. Otherwise please !!!!!!!!. Time is precious for us.

When all lights flash it's a service problem. You press and hold the go button and see what lights are on then.error light means main PCB failure, Toner light means fuser failure, drum light means laser failure. Toner and error light means main motor error, drum plus error light means its a fan failure.

my phone wont stay on and when it does come back on it shuts right back off. the LED light on the front keeps flashing red. ive taken the battery out and everything and nothing seems to work. help please!
