Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
If the icemaker is working you have water at the inlet. the water line in the freezer door may be frozen.
you will find a coupling near the lower freezer door hinge. disconect that coupling and activate the dispenser. If you have water there the line in the door is frozen.
you can remove that line from the door or just leave the door open for a while.

Checked for a clog in the inlet side of the valve where the water comes in there is a small screen that maybe blocked also check on the back wall of the freezer where the fill tube goes into the units icemaker it could have frozen up due to low water pressure
