Is there away to set up the wireless on my mac without it or is there somewhere i can download this program
You can setup your device using it's web user interface.
just open a web browser and type http://192.168.1.1. it'll prompt you for a username and password, type "admin" on both fields and it'll prompt you a web page where you can setup your internet settings and your wireless settings
(Note: your computer should be hardwired to device while doing the setps above)
