I have a Nor Lake walk in freezer that I am putting together. I am in need of a wiring diagram for the condenser unit. It is a model # SE 26-758-D.\r\nThe condenser unit has two fans, two defrost heaters, an over temp switch, and two temperature switches that I don't know anything about. The unit is 220volt. Any help greatly appreciated. Tom

SOURCE: Nor-Lake walk-in cooler water leak

The evaporator drains into pan with a coil from the discharge line. The design is intented to sub-cool the liquid refrigertant as well as evaporate the condensation from the coil. Unfortunately the engineer started as career a shipping clerk and never received any further training.  There isn't enough heat or running time to evaporate the condensation from the coil.
The solution is fairly simple
A plastic tube  drains water out of the evaporator in the pan. You can extend the tube and add a defrost pan handled by your refrigeration wholesaler. Wire it so it is on whenever there is power to the unit.  This should get rid of the excess water. These pans are also used on some self contained coolers and freezers. They come in either 120 volts or 220 volts. [email protected]

SOURCE: having wiring problem freezer works

I have a generic wiring diagram that I use on all my installs that works very well. It is basically the same for most all commercial walk in freezers. Send me a email address and I'll scan and forward what I have.

Coleman model numbers

Is there not a wiring diagram right on the inside of the door. Your question is all over the place, the condenser is not going to flood the house and has nothing to do with the fan. Slow down a little bit and edit your question.

Walk In Freezer won't start up

It sounds like your drain heater is the type that should be deadended. Power makes the circuit between the material it is made of. It is to just be warm, not hot. I've not seen this in some time but that's how they used to work.
Generally speaking, walk-in freezers have bunches of controls.

Freezer tempature

Depends on the product you want to keep in the freezer. Usually you want to try and stay between 0 and +10 degrees for most items. Ice Cream must be -10 degrees minimum. Any warmer and it won't keep. Hope this helps.

Good Luck

Freezer not doing the job

Step by step look for the obvious such as; is the condenser clean on the unit outside the box, is the condenser fan motor running, is the coil inside iced up. These are common problems with freezers.

If the coil is frosted over the problem may be related to the defrost timer. Rotate the timer as per the arrows to the defrost position to defrost. This should cause the coil to defrost. If this does defrost the coil replace the timer.

If the condenser fan motor does not rotate with the compressor running, rotate the fan blade manually, if it is the least bit tight the bearings may be dry or gummed up, oil the motor with non-detergent oil SAE-20.
