If it's a fuse then I assume it contols the heater water valve. All fuses are situated in the various fuse boxes so check you manual or Google it.
If it's not a fuse you may have developed an air lock which is a whole new bag.
Check owners manual foe location..use a volt meter ( multimeter) or fuse tester check open circuit ( fuse open) ..most times you can see fuse link wire is broken visually. Go to auto parts store replace fuse wirh same amperage rating
