Hi Ninal, thanks for the comments, and I'll likely give Tune-Up a try, though I do have some speedups since I'm still using XP.
I've been using computers or their earlier equivalents since the 1970s but am still nowhere a geek.
Thanks agaion for your tip to look back. Mike.

Hello, Mike.

I'd suggest to go to Add/Remove Programs, remove Copernic Agent Pro, restart your computer and reinstall.

If problem just occurred with Copernic Agent Pro, the program worked previously and reinstall doesn't solve your problem, then I'd suggest System Restore. Boot your system to Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly). Go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, everything, including your documents and other files you saved on the hard drive, will roll back to that date.

Hope this helps.

Can't Get wireless to work

first: - goto the PC website and download the wireless driver under XP it has this device GIGAWLAN V.

1. Download the .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file, and follow the instructions.

3. After the files are unpacked, the folder containing the extracted setup files should open automatically. The setup program (utility\setup.exe) is located in the "utility" directory and must be run to install the software

I would remove the wireless adapter from the device manager - right click and uninstall Now reboot the PC - it will detect new hardware, and start to install the wireless adapter, it should now automatically find the driver from. if not when asked browse to the extraction files
Hopefully the switch and light will now work - and wireless will be enabled

How do i open a document which is saved on my desktop into Document Manager viewer. when i click the file am able to go to Document Manager Client.

If you go to the Document Manager client when you click the file, it sounds like the file is a .gml, which is a DM document link.
If it was e.g. a Word-file, it would've been opened just like Windows normally handles that filetype.

But, if you want to open document directly from viewer, launch the viewer from the DM program folder, e.g. C:\program files\ibm\db2 document manager\dmviewer.exe
