FREEZER AND FRIDGE BOTH WILL NOT GET COLD,THERE IS A LITTLE WHITE ELECTRICAL BOX ,WITH WIRES COMING OUT OF IT, ON THE SIDE OF COMPRESSOR ,THAT CONSTANTLY CLICKS .BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.THE LINES GOING IN AND OUT OF THE COMPRESSOR STAY WARM.I THINK ONE OF THE LINES COMING OUT OF THE COMPRESSOR SHOULD BE COLD...LIGHTS AND FANS DO WORK...

either you have a deffective compressor or the overload that is clicking on the compressor is bad
the easiest way without a volt meter to tell if the overload is the issue is to remove the relay from the compressor and shake it if it rattles it has a burned out relay inside the white box
if you shake it and no rattles then it could be a stuck compressor or a bod relay
it will be one of the two
if betting i would be on a bad relay

Hello,
Are the wires coming out of the electrical box connected or disconnected.
The clicking sound you here is the temperature sensor tripping the relay that drives your compressor.
Would you say the air coming out is warmer than usual or about the same?
Keep in mind that these things are dust traps and when dust gets wrapped up around motors they can interfere with the function of the system. It is always a good idea to vacuum out the dust you can get to and then reverse the vacuum tube and blow out the rest. A service tech will do this anyway should you have one come by.
With this being a Saturday and the food in your unit at risk there isn't a whole lot of choice for you right now. And, based on your trouble form a few days ago I think its time to call for service. You'll have to do what ever you can to save your food, a chest freezer can take care of the freezer contents and ice chests and bagged ice can handle the other, though I wouldn't suggest saving things like mayonnaise and mayo based dressings.
Sorry to bring you this bad news, although let me know about the box and give blowing the area around the compressor out just to .
Unless this fixes you, which I doubt, please don't bother rating this. I don't mind requests and will always respond at my earliest when ever that may be.
Regards,
Worldvet
