Dryer drying slower

Check lint filter. Check blockages in the exhaust hose. Check that the flap outside your wall is not blocked and that the slats or flap opens OK. To get fast drying you have to have a good airflow into the drum and out of it.

Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.

Dryer has heat but won't dry. Seems like no air is blowing into the clothes??? so takes long long time to dry.

Have you checked to make sure your lint filter is clean? also don't stack items on the dryer. and make sure exhaust vent hose isn't kinked or blocked.

I have a neptune drying center and it's taking 3 hours to dry

Check the exhaust duct again. There must be a blockage, a kink, or a disconnected vent pipe.

Dryer not drying clothes

your dryer is a 220 plug check the circuit breaker first
one 110 runs the heating element and the other 110 runs motor and dials
this is usually the cause of dryer malfunctions
heating elements are simple big mesh of curled metal wire like a toaster but more of it
it would take alot to knock out the heating element
check the dials too these could be sticking or worn dials you dont have to run dryer to check dials
