    I'm back, and if you forgot from last night... My cable outlet was pulled off the back of my TV by accident. I was just wondering if there was a way to sauder it back on? It's a Panasonic TV. ThanksWell I have the TV apart. I'm still not sure about the connection. It's in another guys room, and he's not home. But the model number was right. PV-2047 from Sept. 97 was the model number. There just doesn't seem like anything to connect anything to for input, or ground... Thanks

    I am sorry i am not finding any info for that model number. If the Coax connector isnt destroyed you may be able to solder it back it will only have two connections one for input and the other as a ground.

Sony 3lcd wega engine tv screen turns black, power/standby button blinks 45 times, then screen goes back on. This repeats over and over again. Do you know what's wrong with my tv? Thanks.

First check your tv if it has standby power. if it has standby power please do count the number of blinks of red led. (it is on a sequence) so that we can walk through the steps and procedure to get rid of the trouble. if theres no stanby power, its probably the power supply. please do check busted fuse and replace with same ratings.

Panasonic pt-53wX42, power wont stay on. Turn on, no picture then it will turn off by itself after 5 seconds. The red power button will flash on and off until I unplug unit and start the whole process...

I'm no expert, but I'd start by taking a "VERY GOOD LOOK" w/magnifing glass if possible , @ UR Wall Outlet Power Cord. Change to different wall outlet. Ur Power Cord "should" just pull right out of the back of your TV. If nothing in those places, then take off back panel (or part where power cord plugs into TV & AGAIN inspect area around where power cord attached for, yeah, that's right, the dreaded black area around plug-in area. Maybe it's just a bent prong. Any other funny things going on that U didn't mention here? Good Luck Leonard aka

I pressed A/V Reset by accident!

Good Day Emil;

You did not break the TV it is okay. Try resetting the TV by unplugging it from the wall then back in after 4-5 minutes. If that does not correct your concern go into the menu and adjust device and color setting. Look for set up.

Good Luck, let me know if this was helpful.

No picture, sound and flashing red power light...

Pull off the back pressboard. At the bottom left hand corner is the power cord that attaches to the power supply board. There is a white plug that attaches directly to the power cord. With the TV power off, pull this white plug up to disconnect. Then push it back in. Then plug your TV back in and press the power button on the front of the TV. I just did this and it is working fine.
