You should look into Youtube for a vid of dissassembly and reassembly. Youtube is a wonderful tool as techs love to teach.
Also, typically, the entire upper structure folds flat onto the walk belt for easy storage.
Here is a link to the Owners manuel. It will show you assembly, so you can simply work in reverse.
Looks like it may be easier to remove the feet once you have it folded.
1) lUBE THE deck belt vs deck, this produce shut down for to protect the treadmill in your electronic system 2) lUBE The rollers bearing very well. 3) Measure the input voltage motor , if there are voltage, the motor need repair. 4)Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty. see the diagram attached.
The deck needs to be lubricated. The lubricant can be purchase @ gympart.com. LUBRICATION PROCEDURE: 1. Turn off and unplug treadmill. 2. Cut off the end of the tube of lubricant. 3. Holding the tube in one hand, insert the tube underneath the treadbelt halfway between front and back and halfway between right and left. 4. Squeeze the full contents of the tube onto the deck in a circular pattern in the center 1/3 of the deck. 5. Plug in and turn on treadmill, then walk normally on treadmill at 0.5 mph for five minutes
Check both belts to be sure they are adjusted and not slipping.Check the underside of the walk belt to see if it feels frayed in the center as compared to the edges, the center always wears more than the edges a really worn belt must be replaced. if it is nor worn there is a wax lubricant for proform treadmills that can be purchased at retail stores that sell treadmills.Sears, dicks sporting goods and also treadmilldoctor.com are good places to buy it.
