Give this a try you probably have a virus..

Download The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a CD with a program like Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot from the CD and run the scanner. It should fix you right up.

You should re install you're operating system it looks like its corrupted.

the only way to fix this problem is reinstall your windows, use windows cd or recovery cd to reinstall your windows

Check if you can set it to factory setting else install it by making you pen drive bootable.
