Check under the base, the tube must be clear to the water tray, often there is a rubber flow restrictor, this either perishes or blockes, either way remove it, defrost over night and then turn back on, should then work ok within 24hrs. Regards Adbvisor

next remove the evaporator fan cover and under the evaporator will be a silver tray with a hole in it this is the drain for the defrost systems and some times they get frozen the best way to clear them is with a eureka 350 hand held steamer you can get at Lowe's fairly cheap you can also find about 1000 other uses for it a round the house

Your drain tube is stopped up. Take the panel off in the freezer section and chip away the ice in the pan below the coil. When you get to the drain hole pour hot water in it until it free flows. You will need a towel in the freezer to catch the excess water. Run some extra hot water through it to assure that you clean the drain out good.

on some refridgerators the plug at the bottom inside either turn out or lift up,be gentle either way,probably plugged just under it
