Try to scan for your known router but when it is found click far right as if you are going to set dchp or DNS.look for the words " forget network" then rescan again this time it will ask you for the password.this will connect if the password is right.tablets are known for holding old passwords.if this doesn't fix it you need to reset the router.and last resort is to go to the routers ip which is usually on the router with default login and password.once in you will be able to read the password assigned for the router.all routers have reset keys and default ip and logins which you can find on google.

BT have now transferred emails from what used to be known as BTYahoo and is now known as BTMail. If you go to the log in page here Email Login Page
then you can enter your email address and underneath the password box is a link "Forgotten password". If you click on this (the word "password"), you will be taken to a page to enter your username (email address). Clicking continue will put a green tick against the email address (it does, I checked it with your email address) and then be taken to a page where you can choose how to receive a password reset email (martin.****@****asandadamson.com)
or a password reset text message (********6333)
If you no longer have access to this email or this phone then I am afraid you will have to brave the BT phone system so that they can reset your password !!

If admin page allow to create another user account, go ahead to add a new user with known password.
Otherwise, reset to factory default is the only way to remove the password (reset the password).
Be sure to back your configurations before doing factory reset because factory reset will erase everything you have set.
Well, need to reset the password on Windows 7 laptop? As you did not have a password reset disk, i think you'd better ask for help with a password recovery tool. As i know, Windows Password Unlocker is well-known to reset the password instantly.
