    The red light is on on the 5610 All in one HP printer and will not print or fax. I receive Error loading yise,ero

That is the error message? Then something is wrong with your hard disk or whatever you are booting from. You can recover your operating system by using the OS CD. Or you can install something else and access your hard disk for backup and reinstall your OS or perform a factory default restore. You can also plug your hard disk to another computer and backup the file from it and maybe recover windows xp. If you are booting from CD or flash drive( you will see some lights on them flashes and you can check the first boot device in BIOS), then you can change that settings to boot from hard disk.

This error loading issue that you have is cause by some type of malware or trojan that got in to your computer and needs to be remove, using a good anti malware software.
