Try it with another PC and check the VGA cable to make sure it is not the monitor problem. If it still does not wotk, then it may have problem like bad caps as shown in my pictures here:

Why can't I get a signal from my Viewsonic monitor VS13860?

VA2448m-LED monitor. Ensure your cables are connected securely and the input source is correctly selected. Then make sure you are sending a valid timing resolution mode to the monitor. If this fails, please call ViewSonic technical support to help resolve your issue.

What do i do when it comes on and shows analog then goes blank ?

Are you using the analog input or another? If using another input instead, then press the 2 key. It will switch to another input as the source signal. If you still experience trouble, please contact ViewSonic technical support for assistance.

What does no signal analog mean

It means your monitor has both analog and digital inputs and it is trying to use the analog one and not finding any signal. What kind of a connecting cable are you using, blue ends with 15 pins, or white ends with lots of pins and one long wide one on one end?

I cannot get desktop for internet Th screen say no signal analog. I only use it to surf the net the small light lights up

Are you using the DVI (DIGITAL) or the VGA (ANALOG) to connect to the PC? You may also have the caps that are going bad, see example here, you should check them out before too late.

My viewsonic mo9nitor says analog not digital on

To clarify, you know that analog is referring to the VGA 15 pin video input, and digital is referring to the DVI video input, right? You can't have the digital video unless you use the DVI input, which requires a DVI output from your computer (and a DVI cord of course).
If you already knew this and you mean that it won't switch over to your DVI, then there could be several problems. Most of them being with your DVI signal source (computer). Try booting the PC with ONLY the DVI cord attached between the PC and the monitor. If you have a VGA cord plugged into either, UNPLUG IT FROM BOTH ENDS.

Monitor has no picture

Yes! :)

Your monitor is not the problem. Check all the connections from the back of the monitor, to the computer.

"No Signal Analog" means your monitor is working perfectly, however is not receiving signal from the computer.

Didnt find any loose cables?
Try unplugging everything. Leave it unplugged for at least 5 minutes. You need to give the system time to drain all the excess power.

Again your monitor is fine, blue light > No signal > orange light is totally normal for your montior.

No digital signal but analog works fine

Seems like this was already answered? But once you've checked against the owner's manual and ruled out the PC, I would suspect the signal / video board inside the monitor. May have gotten a surge or static, etc.
