Check water cut off then check your water line it may have a kink in it the next thing would be the pump for the water on the back of the frig if you have water dispenser and ice you have two sided pump just because you are getting water does not mean the water is going to the ice compartment. Also unplug and plug your ice maker this may reset it wait 24 hours it can take that long to start working again. .

GE GSH25JFRF BB ice maker doesn't dispense. Water dispenses and ice maker makes ice but won't come out.

There should be a plastice hinge cover on the left top hinge on freezer door. Take it off and press the plug together firmly. Try that and let me know, Sea Breeze

Refrigerator dispenses ice, but does not dispense water?

Unfortunately, the housing that the water filter fits into is also the housing for the solenoid controlled water valve, and that is the most likely failure item.

Water dispenser and ice maker don't work

You have a bad water filter housing. Be sure to turn of the water to the refrigerator before replacing this part. Replace the filter at the same time.

Several possibilities. Clogged water filter (can be eliminated if you dump the ice bucket..if it makes two more batches of ice it's not the filter). Frozen water container (behind lower refrigerator drawers) or bad fill valve behind the refrigerator where the water line goes in. Likeliest is water valve.

Final possibility is a frozen water line inside freezer door. This would NOT be desired nor would you be fixing it yourself. Good Luck.

Water dispenser not working but ice maker does

The water line freezes inside the freezer door. There is now an add-on water line heater you can install to thaw the line.
