Clouds of smoke started coming from the inside of it and we had to put it outside the smoke was coming out of the holes on the inside

It is time to replace the microwave oven, the problem you are describing is one or more issues, the high voltage transformer, high voltage capacitor, the magnetron, and the high voltage diode all play a key roll in generating the high voltage which translates into heating the food. The cost in my view will run high and would be put to better use buying a new microwave oven.

Microwave runs however it is not heating. I replaced Magnetron and it still doesnt heat. As I was replacing it I noticed a little debris around the HV Capacitor. When I turned it on there was smoke...

Not sure if they will or not. The magnetron is a fairly simple replacement. Soldering does take some skill and can easily ruin a control board if you do not know how to removed and replace components. If you know how to solder, just read the information off of the capacitor then search online for a direct replacement. More than likely it would be cheaper that way then getting it from GE (if they sell them).

the smoke probably came from the heated food. try using it next time with different kind of foods and also try it to the same kind of food that produces smoke but observe carefully what will happen.

My microwave oven start not functining and before that , smoke came over. the machine is almost 10 year since I got it. In case I wanted to repair it were can I buy replacement parts?

Please clarify -

Do you have a display?
Will the microwave heat anything?
Where did the smoke come from? Did it have an odor (burned electrical), or was it steam?

The inside light does not come on

If the light doesnt come on and it heats and the turn table spins then it is just a bulb.

If there is no light no heat and the turn table doesnt turn then there is a monitor switch that is bad.

Faint buzzing sound smoke coming from back

The high-voltage transformer (or inverter transformer) has probably failed.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

You can find one here:
