Question about Bernina Sewing Machines
I have a new machine and have saved files from Bernina Artista version 4 to my Bernina USB stick. When I plug the USB in to my machine the files don't show up. However, when I look on the USB on the computer, they are there.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
You need to insert a blank USB into the Deco BEFORE loading any files on to it. Turn the Deco on and the Deco will create an EMB folder on the USB. Then you can add EXP files to the EMB folder and the Deco will read them.

If the new machine you refer to is the computer, is it running Vista ??
There are an increasing number of issues associated with Vista with many/all manufacturers.
I recommend you contact the education officer at Bernina Head Office in your country to ask if there are known issues and any workaround suggestions, or updates they may have.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
