Hi, you can try the troubleshoot procedure in your owner's manual to correct the current problem with your TV, if this does not fix it, then you will need to have the TV checked out by certified electronics tech. If you have some electronics training you might be able to do the troubleshooting your self, but you will need to sign in to our tech support services where you will be assigned an expert that will give you tech advice on what to look for, where to get replacement parts(if needed) and trouble shooting ideas. You will need some information needed, like..a good description of the problem.
