Hydraulic oil?
Is this a pressure washer?
Pump should be half full of SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil.
Engine should have 10W30 motor oil.

If you have a pressure washer ... and not water is coming out end of gun:
Take all hoses off machine.
Look at incoming water hose connection.
The should be a filter washer.
Clean or replace filter washer.
Hook up water and turn on water.
Water should come out other side of pump.
Turn on power washer and see if water coming out of pump is pressurized.
Now hook up pressure hose without gun.
Turn on pressure washer and see if water comes out of hose and is pressurized.
Finally, the gun may be bad.
We used to replace guns when they went bad.

Pull the oil dipstick and see what your oil level is at. If there is no oil on the stick then your oil level is low. Add a quart of oil and check it again. (give the oil at least 30 seconds after you finish pouring it to get down to the oil pan to register on the dipstick first). Then only add more if it still does not register on the stick. If the oil level is fine, then you may have a bad oil pressure sensor.

Low oil pressure indictor comes on when engine is idling and go's off when accelerating.

HI,

In normal condition, this telling you that the car has low oil level. Just check your oil deep stick when engine off at least 10 minutes to verify engine oil level. Top up oil if needed. I guess your car on low / minimum level just now.
Otherwise, your oil sensor gets malfunction.

My oil pressure light is coming on when I am braking or coasting. It goes off when I am stepping on the gas...but once I am in coast again, it comes back.

check your oil level if full at the full level line on dip stick you might consider changing your oil pressure switch. When these get really bad you will start to see oil spots under car when you pull away.

My pressure washer is a G 2500 oh n i have no pressure coming out, it turns on but no pressure.

Good news, your engine runs
But your pump may be bad

Here's how to test your pump
Check oil as outlined lower down
Disconnect the washer hose and gun
Connect water hose and turn on water and water should pass straight through the pump
Look for clogs in the hose-end where water hose connects to machine

Turn on machine and see if water shoots out pump
If water shoots out of pump, but no water shoots out of gun, then you may have a 'mud-dobber' wasp clog in your washer line or gun

Look for clogs in the end of each water connection.
Now connect washer hose without the gun, tun on the machine, and see if water shoots out of washer hose
Finally, the gun trigger mechanism may be bad
I don't know which gun you have ... but we replaced guns on our machine now-and-then ... google-search power washer guns for a replacement

Check your pump oil
Pump oil is SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil
Pump should be no more than 1/2 full of oil
Use plastic hose to drain pump oil
Do not turn machine on its side or turn machine over or engine oil will run into carburetor

Knock or tapping at idle

Firstly, check your engine oil level. If the level is low, the rocker arms in the cylinder heads can tap tap tap... This may be why you're getting an engine light. Check the oil pressure gauge for a reading. If the oil pressure and level is ok, you can run an oil cleaning agent thru your motor with the oil and then do an oil change. Sometimes you can quiet a noisy motor that way.
You could also use a high-mile oil in the motor and see how that works. You can also add an oil additive to help quiet older motors..
hope this helps you.

If your oil is not over full its not getting any water in it..Sometimes oil gets moisture in it and it collects on the cap or if its a cheap oil it foams up a little.Nothing to worry about as long as your oil level stays the same..Don't worry be happy.Hope this helps you and have a great night..

1989 sportster building pressure in oil tank

A little pressure is normal on the sportster. I have seen where if the oil tank is over full it can blow the dip stick out. Most of us who ride sportsters keep the level showing on the dip stick about midway between the low and full line. Doing this will also help with oil blow by out the air cleaner.

Generator pulsates when its running 12-KW natural gas

You've described the symptoms of a dirty air cleaner, surging throttle (the pulsating), oil getting sucked up thru the breather into the intake (the why you have to add oil).
When you check/change the air cleaner you should also have a look at the spark plug, the dirty air cleaner forced the engine to burn some oil and that may have left junk on the plug.

To make it easier to read the oil level on a dipstick, try dipping the stick into a little water. When you draw it back out of the water the contrast between the oil covered part of the dipstick and the water covered part will be a little more obvious. Sometimes looking at the backside of the dipstick is better too.
