It is important that you have a clear idea off the SMPS unit which is the power supply unit of the set. The secondary voltages must be checked one by one to confirm the voltages to each of the sections.
primarily the voltage to the microprocessor must be in order so that the +5 volt to the mP is available.
The regulator of the +5 voltage must be checked to be in order.
If the processor is functioning the relay must click to allow the primary voltages to work. The oscillations of the mP must be checked to ensure that the processor works.
I have some tips for checking the SMPS, so try this link:

Please check the circuit carefully specially in the HT side.

This is because the power switch operated the socket that your TV is plugged into. Unplug it and plug it in another socket that is not operated by a switch. Appliances should not be plugged into a socket operated by a switch because of the inconsistency of power to the socket. Lights are about the only thing that should be plugged in.

Ok. I got my tv back on.
I pulled off the back cover and found the relay that was clicking.
I have two blue relays next to each other that click when the power is pushed.
I placed a hair dryer over the relays for about a minute.
Once heated up, it only took 4 tries to get the TV to stay on.
