Question about Philips 42PF9630A 42 in. Plasma Television
It is important that you have a clear idea off the SMPS unit which is the power supply unit of the set. The secondary voltages must be checked one by one to confirm the voltages to each of the sections.
primarily the voltage to the microprocessor must be in order so that the +5 volt to the mP is available.
The regulator of the +5 voltage must be checked to be in order.
If the processor is functioning the relay must click to allow the primary voltages to work. The oscillations of the mP must be checked to ensure that the processor works.
