Question about Magellan RoadMate 2000 GPS Receiver
One year old and stopped working. No damages or abuses.
Looks like he battery is not charged or the power supply is damaged. Please help me to diagnose and fix the problem?
Is this battery available in stores?

Try replacing the battery. ususally if the battery is dead it will freeze or not turn on. if this doesn't work magellan will replace it with a new one at a very reasonable price. I just replaced a magellan 800 with a magellan 3210 for $132.00. your may get a better deal. call magellan
if you have an a/c 110 volt to 5 volt converter for the magellan, try charging it in the house with that one rather than the car charger.
