I use Microsoft excel it ... you take all your bills like this on the spread sheet..
the following is an example use your own numbers....
Usually your bank has online help with your Bill Pay. You can always call to. I pay all my bills online. I pay them straight through the bank. I feel its alot easier than going each site to pay each bill.
you either buy a new computer or install windows 2000 to the computer.
windows 98 is very limited in that sense. and its quite insecure to use that online.
I would say its not safe to use windows 98 on the internet, I would definitely NOT pay my bills on a windows 98 machine.
Since microsoft does not support 98 anymore, they don't fix any of the security problems that come up, so your computer is open to the internet for any hacker to drop by and take it over or steal your details.
I would highly recommend it that you either install windows 2000 to the computer or buy a new computer, or buy a used computer with windows xp, I bet you can get one of those for less than 100
I would go to a discount retailer like Wal-Mart, CompUSA, Office Depot, or Staples. You might be able to find dealers online with lower PRINCIPAL prices, but after shipping and wait time, you end up paying more from the online retailers, unless they are selling refills for $1 or $2.
