How can i dismantle a york pacer 4850 hrc so i can get it through the door.

Basicly it should have a few bolts to loosin, In the bottom front section and the panel should fold down or in some cases totally remove the bolts too dismantle the screen tower section from the base, But dont forget to unplug, the base section from the screened section if this is the case ,

Hi My York Pacer treadmill is very noisy when it is on. I applied lubricant but did not help.


Normally when this happen
The Roller in front and rear ball bearing is damaged
Try to put a WD-40 in both sides for both Roller.
of Course look inside of motor if the bolt motor is loosen?
Otherwise replace both rollers.

I cannot adjust th speed on my york pacer 3100, it just goes very fast.


I'd suspect you need a new adjustment cable and/or the winder is broken. The latter happened to my York 2500 Pacer and I replaced the cable & handle with a bike gear change mechanism.

Hi there, my york pacer belt won't go around! Do you know how I fix this please?


see the video and lube the deck blet + rollers bearing too.
However if the problem persist, after you did, time to replace the old board deck belt, by new ones.
