I have a motorola krazer and the screen is white and i can't do anything to fix it and I saved all my contacts to my phone instead of my sim and I got a new phone but when I transfer the sim I don't get any of my contacts.

-   My husband and I have the same phone and got it on the same day a few months ago- yesterday both of our phones had the same problem happen on the same day where when you flip it open the screen is just white- after beating it (haha) it finally works temporarily but keeps doing it- I am thinking this is a phone defect since it happened to both of our phones at the same time??? Any suggestions to fix it??? -   Nursenetter

I had the same problem.
I just found a software called synccell that was able to retrieve all my contacts from my cell phone. It was on the motorola website. It was easy to install and had a free trail version. It is excellent! I don't have a screen but I was able to retrieve all my info
