Can I make a two sided booklet in publisher 2003 (by 3 users)

Hi,
I have been given a task to create a double sided booklet. Probably about 40 pages long in total. Needs to be half the book at the fron, then flip it and then the other part of the book at the back. Hope this makes sense! Will have different covers back and front ( one side will appear upside down till it is flipped?

What do you suggest. Is it possibe? Once I have finalised each page can I rotate the entire thing? Do I HAVE to have page numbers? ( if this will make it easier)

I was asked to type a brochure but it turned out to be more pages than expected so now I was asked to change it into a booklet. Is there a way to cange it without redoing my whole project.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
