How to fix this rear wheel 2009 vstar 950

Looks like the hub bearing has disintegrated. Take the wheel off and give it to a reputable bike mechanic to replace the bearings as special equipment and a press will be required. You may also need a new axle if its been damaged.

What will cause a rear axle bearing to go bad on one axle 3 times in two months?

the axle could be bent or damaged, the differential housing could be damaged, could be wrong bearing. you don`t say if this is a rear wheel drive you have or just a front wheel drive. there are front wheel drive bearings that have problems even new, because of manufacturing problems or inferior materials. try a different manufacture for a bearing.

If i replace twice the right wheel bearing and still damage the wheel bearing

if the bearing is new and the shaft is not damaged, and its fitted correctly,i cannot see why it is been damaged,so,make sure its the right bearing,, check the shaft the bearing fits on to, for damage and wear ,if all ok put plenty of grease on the bearing then re assemble the wheel, make sure the nut holding the bearing is not overtightened, and fit a new split pin.,also make sure the wheel is not damaged, now to be a 100% on the safe side have the steering checked over and the wheels ballenced, then you should be ok...hope that helps, have a good day....

When sitting at a red light my Mazda 3 idles real funny...vibrating almost sounding like a cats purr?

Bad Wheel Bearing on a 1994 Toyota Camry should I also replace the abs sensor?

You should only replace the sensor if it is damaged. Most Japanese made vehicles have bearings that are pressed in to the wheel hub. Your local parts store should have a new hub assembly that comes with the bearings already pressed in it. If you know of a machine shop that will press new bearings in the old hub and remove the old bearings that may be a little less expensive. They need to be removed and installed using a bearing press. I can't find any illustrations on tie rod ends or how to change the wheel bearings

tie rod ends you count the number of turns exposed and run the same number of turns on the new one after you install it. You can rap the side of the rod end with a hammer to break it loose, whack it!
Wheel bearings on the front you remove the wheels, remove the center cap on the hub, remove the cotter pin, then nut and washer, hub assembley will come off. Clean the spindle of old grease, remove the bearings, drive out and replace the old bearing races in the hub, install new races (cups) pack bearings in your clean hands with correct grease, install the bearings, install the washer, nut, tighten then back off a hair until you align the cotter pin hole. Do NOT overtighten, the bearings and races will be damaged! You snug the bearings to "seat them" then back off just enough that the wheels spin freely with no side to side play with the wheels installed to the hub. In other words grab the tires at the top and bottom and see if you have any movement toward the spindle or axle. Rear bearings are done the same way.
