Question about Maytag Neptune FAV6800AW Top Load Washer
Your washer has a switch which requires an air tight hose from the base of the tub to that water level switch. As water rises in that switch ,air pressure builds. When the pressure gets just right the switch kills the power to the water valves and starts the motor. So what can go wrong? A hole in the tubing, clogged tubing, loose tubing, or the tubing simply fell off.
