Question about Vacuums
It's exactly what it says: a pipe between the water pump and the nozzle is blocked. I'm assuming that you have removed all the coffee and residue from it and cleaned it thoroughly as detailed in the manual, especially the nozzles. If this hasn't helped then unfortunately there is nothing more you can do - the unit must be opened and serviced by qualified personnel. Make a phone call to where you bought it from (Sears most likely) and ask them where is the nearest repair shop - you will have to take it there.
